Interaction with guests

Our team is always available in person but the fastest way to get help is via Airbnb messages.

The neighborhood

Our location tucked away in an alley, away from the rumbling motorbikes. This alley is famous because of a restaurant called “Oc Dao” serving delicious shellfish, so make sure to give it a go while you’re in town.

We’re also about a 10-minute walk from Ben Thanh Market and 5 minutes from the nightlife district on Bui Vien street.

Getting around

From our location, you can pretty much walk to most places in the city. Grab is the most affordable way to get around if you have a sim card (highly recommend both). Grab also offers the motorbike option so you can avoid traffic and have a blast riding through the Saigon traffic. However, taxis are also available for ~15k VND per km.

Make planning your trip easy with our customizable Itinerary App that you gain access to when you book this Airbnb. With local insight for things to do, direct tour bookings and an easy to use planning tool be sure to look for it after booking!

Ben Thanh city bus station is also just 300 meters away.

Other things to note

OUR TRAVELING PHILOSOPHY

"Your two hearts"

The common belief is that we all have one heart but I don't want to believe in this. I think there are two hearts beating in everyone's chest; one is for sharing and one is for keeping.

Your sharing-heart is for putting out pieces and leaving them behind in wonderful places that touched you and made you feel at home. Your keeping-heart is to collect all these loved moments & people you met, and this exactly is the heart of traveling: leaving things behind and keeping other things with you forever.

I hope you felt at home and collected a piece from this place for your keeping-heart and left us a piece of your sharing-heart… just like I did.

Lots of love,

Christina

House rules

Our #1 RULE is to treat our place as if it were yours - unless your place is a college frat house, in which case please treat it like your grandma’s house instead. We hate setting rules but the following are really necessary for us to provide everyone with a great stay:

NO SMOKING on premise. We will be forced to charge a USD250 cleaning fee for any violations and the offender may be asked to leave our property without a refund--it’s really not fair for our guests who paid for a non-smoking experience to have to deal with smoke.

MUST REGISTER all over-night visitors as required by local laws. Also, for the fellows, we are definitely not a "girl-friendly" hotel so please choose somewhere else if that's what you're looking for.

SHOES OFF inside the house. It’s a given in Vietnam but we understand that this can be an issue for some people so we just want to make sure you are aware prior to making a booking.

This is not so bad right?

What can I say? They actually have paper towels. As a westerner that's an amazing find in Vietnam. Can't say much that haven't been said before. This place is great and I would recommend it to anyone. I want stay here again the next time I'm in Saigon.

Love this hotel/apartment accommodation! I only wish I had discovered the company while I was in other cities in Vietnam. The staff is very friendly and helpful with local tips and tourist attractions. The rooms feel cozy, clean and lux with all of the modern amenities and details.

I’ve stayed in 2 rooms at this location and loved both for different reasons. One had a small kitchen like a studio with a great layout, the other had a communal kitchen with more personal space in the room such a desk and lounge chair. They both had tvs and sparkly clean bathrooms.

I plan on staying at their other locations during my future travels in Vietnam because I’ve had such a great experience and know the quality to expect.

Also there’s free self service laundry wash and dry machines, which is so great to have when you’re living out of a backpack!

Place was very clean, rooms and guest rooms spacious and with great interior! Better than expected! Hosts were nice and if I will be in Saigon again I will definitely stay in this place! :)
