Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Christina’s. Below are our policies and procedures, please take your time to read them carefully. As our guests, by reading and signing our registration card at check-in or by booking a reservation on our website, you are agreeing to abide by our hotel policies and procedures.


A 100% deposit of the total room cost including taxes is required to secure your reservation. Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation email that outlines a summary of your booking. Please review the information carefully and contact us if you have any questions or require any changes.

Please review our Cancellation Policy below. Securing your reservation with a credit card means you accept the terms of our Cancellation Policy.


The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates.

Rates quoted are in USA Dollars.

The maximum number of guests per room is either 2 adults + 2 children (below 12 years old), or 3 adults.


All booking service fees payable to third parties are non-refundable.

Cleaning fees are refundable if the guest did not check in.

Accommodation fees are refundable for cancellation made more than 5 days prior to arrival.

Refund for cancellation made within 5 days prior to arrival will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion.


Check-in time is any time from 2PM. If you arrive earlier the we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. Guests will be required to present a valid form of identification upon check-in.

Check-out is at 12PM. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before a day prior to your check out date, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply, depending on availability.


Smoking is prohibited within our properties.


We enforce a NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY to ensure we can protect our properties and our guests at all times.


We do not have facilities to support pets, and therefore regretfully have to decline pets as part of guest’s stay.
