Our full-service management fee starts at 25% of net booking revenues, which includes cleaning fees. We strive for a simple pricing model to ensure full alignment of interest with property owners. Property owners who work with us can generate up to 150% higher profits.
BEWARE: Any property manager charging cleaning fees separately will have a conflict of interest with property owners.
Since we generate significantly higher revenues with short-term vacation rental compared to long-term rental, we can offer property owners a significantly higher fixed rent (up to 50% more) compared to other renters, including property managers.
