Guest experience: We are hosts welcoming guest into our homes. You will be trained to communicate effectively to provide guests with the most amazing experiences as an equal, and NOT as a service employee.
Sales & marketing: You will learn how to provide recommendations that enhance guest experiences while generating additional revenue for the company.
Finance & budgeting: Every entrepreneur needs to know how to manage the budget of the business, from meeting revenue targets to controlling costs.
Training & development: Not only will you be going through intensive formal trainings, you will also be expected to train other people who come after you.
