About the company

Team Christina’s consists of world travellers, Vietnamese returnees, and local graduates, citizens, and entrepreneurs from all different backgrounds. What you will do
  • Experience with running a full-service food and beverage kitchen.
  • Advanced knowledge of hygiene sanitation, food handling procedures.
  • Ability to train and lead a kitchen team with consistent results.
  • Supply sourcing and inventory management.
  • Have any education and training requirements in compliance with the local and federal requirements for safety regulation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food storage areas. Collaborate with FOH and other teams to deliver excellent guest experience.

  • Be fluent in English (writing, reading, speaking).
  • Culinary creativity and high level of cookery.
