What you will do
  • Basic hygiene sanitation, food handling procedures
  • Know all of the items on the menu and execute correctly
  • Manage source supplies and inventories
  • Take care of equipment in the restaurant that belongs to your workstation
  • Have any education and training requirements in compliance with the local and federal requirements for safety regulation
  • Follow up on the execution of quality and service standards, be familiar with the use of all necessary tools and equipment, and capable to carry out job duties
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and host team to provide excellent guest experience
