We invest heavily in training and development for our young team; helping the reach their potential, we are looking for responsible Training Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Training Coordinator include providing support to our trainers and trainees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our team’s general administrative activities. We value passionate, energetic, and caring coordinator that love sharing and discussing new ideas with Training and Development Team. This means:
Creating an active, engaging and clean training environment.
Building rapport with the team and trainees.
Gathering feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session.
Understanding what our team members do first hand in order to share and introduce new ideas.
Creating and updating records and databases with personnel and financial.
Submitting timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
Organizing and scheduling appointments and training.
Tracking stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Communicating across teams, identifying training needs
Setting up the evaluation for the training workshops
Keep track on trainee’s performance
Updating any news and importance information of the company
