What you will do
  • Coordinating Recruitment process, which includes assisting the interview processes and enhancing the experiences of the candidates, developing and maintaining relationships with college and university placement offices
  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
  • Organizing and/or attending career fairs, assessment center, or other events
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing team members
  • Providing other supports
What you will need
  • Encompass a high level of integrity
  • Exemplify a strong work ethic
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and work well with our team
  • Be fluent in English (writing, reading, speaking)
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written, especially in English
  • Understanding, empathetic and relatable
  • Professional integrity and sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Willing to take initiative and work independently when needed
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets and HRIS is a plus
