What you will do
  • To always go above and beyond to cultivate a solid body that resembles a stellar Guest Experience
  • Flexibility in working hours and duty (Must be available for monitoring and grievance solutions 24/7)
  • Managing and monitoring day to day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of customers on a daily basis
  • Participating in the development and implementation of of corrective action plans to always improve guest satisfaction
  • Traveling and rotating at all properties and cities to perform quality checks and sustain or improve standards
What you will need
  • A portfolio in customer relation based projects/employments
  • Ability to communicate, present ideas and handle feedbacks constructively
  • A strong skillset of attention to detail
  • Excellent and confident communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (Advanced to Native Level)
  • High sense of emotional intelligence
