  • Good understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets and HRIS is a plus.
What can you expect to be doing…
  • Coordinating Recruitment process, which includes assisting the interview processes and enhancing the experiences of the candidates, meeting with department heads to develop specific recruitment plans, developing and maintaining relationships with college and university placement offices.
  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
  • Coordinating the payroll system including salary, insurance, personal income tax for local and expatriate members. Conducting reports and other work required by the Labor Authority.
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing team members.
  • Developing and administering Team members’ benefit programs, Health and Safety programs.
  • Providing other administrative supports.
