What exactly is a Müvv Sales Coordinator?

As Müvv Sales Coordinator, you will be based at Tan Son Nhat Airport booth in order to sell the services such as airport transfer, sim-card, currency exchange, tours to our guests who have not planned anything for their trip, etc. Moreover, you will greet and welcome guests who have booked Müvv service in advance. As a Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with Operation team to arrange cars for our guests and make sure guest have good experience with us.

  • Basic experienced and work well with Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Should be good at negotiation skill, time management skill, communication skill, especially sales skill.
  • Be curious, be ambitious, be willing to speak your mind and be willing to learn and experiment.
  • English Level: Intermediate.
  • Years of experience in fields: Fresh.
  • Education Levels: High school to above.
What can you expect to be doing…
  • Providing excellent guest experience by interacting and willingness to learn and demonstrate strong selling skill in fast paced, service-oriented retail environment.
  • Pushing up selling Airport Transfer, Sim-card, Currency Exchange and tours to our guests proactively.
  • Delivering a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing guest transportations accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sales.
  • Record all on-demand booking for airport transfer to the system in order to support the main Operator for tracking revenue and payment easily.
  • Communicate and teamwork should be listed to gain more about management skill, especially as young, dynamic and energetic team.
