From days of quiet and old, Hanoi has evolved into the vibrant cultural capital it is today. Drive around on a vintage Vespa after sundown and feel the city pulsate a new life. Get ready to fill your senses with flavors, sights, and sounds, show up with a sense of adventure and leave it to us to make your Hanoi trip one for the books.
At a stylish local cafe, we'll kickstart the adventure with some cocktails and appetizing local snacks. Get the conversations started with fellow travelers and friendly guides, it’ll be a night of chatting and eating your way through Vietnam’s famed capital with these new pals!
Sit back and watch your skillful guides weave through the busy streets of Hanoi towards the railway tracks, and what better way to do this than on a classic Vespa? This narrow street where trains rush past houses a few steps away is a destination in itself, you may want to get your camera ready. We’ll try rice-infused wine and buffalo jerky to keep your appetite up and going.
Next, we’ll hop back on the bikes and head over to a bun cha restaurant. A bowl of bun cha and a plate of nem (spring rolls) are the perfect introduction to Northern Vietnamese food - fresh, savory, and filling. After the bun cha treat, we’ll venture beyond the Old Quarter to taste another local favorite, pho cuon. Stack a few lovely pieces of greens and beef over a silky sheet of pho, roll carefully, and gobble away. Think pho minus the slurping, it’s equally amazing!
For the last stop, we'll drive to the Opera House and wind the day down with good ol’ jazz tunes and traditional Vietnamese music. And if there’s still room in your belly, get yourself a few good beers for the road.
Whether you’re a first time visitor or a Hanoi regular, there’s something to be discovered in this city of elegant charm. Come by and let yourself be surprised!
