The Experience

Don’t miss out on your chance to indulge in some of Da Nang’s most delicious eats! This city is known for its beaches and mountains, but it also has a rich history and culture – all of which contribute to a prominent food scene.
Hop on our two wheels and experience the Da Nang nightlife that not only gives your taste buds a ride but also tests your culinary skills. Sit back, relax, take in the sea breeze, and eat to your heart’s content!

Detailed itinerary

4:30 PM - 8:30 PM

We will pick you up at your accommodation and take you on an exciting flavor trip, driving through the city’s scenic coastal roads and into smaller alleyways. Forget fancy restaurants – you will be joining locals for some delicious sidewalk dining.

We’ll zig zag through small alleys to our first starter dish called “bánh bèo,” and after you savor these delicious steamed rice cakes, you will be trying “mít trộn” at your next stop. Our guides will tell you their favorite stories behind these dishes, as they are a big part of anyone’s childhood in Vietnam.

Once storytime is over, we’ll go behind Da Nang’s iconic Dragon Bridge to enjoy the views and learn about the lives of the local fishermen before driving through the most fancy nightlife area of the city. We’re not here to party though, we’re actually here to drink tea. So our next stop is a local tea house.

Once tea time is over, we’re going to indulge in some of Da Nang’s best seafood! We’ll drive you along the coast and let that salty breeze cool you down on our way to the next stop. The starring dishes here are clams cooked with lemongrass, “nghêu hấp sả,” and cockle shells, fried with scallions, “sào huyết nướng mỡ hành.”

To top everything off, our final stop is to savor some Vietnamese dessert called “bánh bò.” This will undoubtedly help you end your evening in a sweet note.

Note:

  • Tour itinerary is customizable based on your dietary requirements and preferences.
  • We highly recommend choosing the motorbike option, in which case you will ride on the back of your guide’s bike through colorful Da Nang. It is the most authentic way to feel like a local and experience the height of Da Nang’s bridges as well as the friendly communities that spill into the streets.

All-inclusive

Your meals and drinks are included in the price. All you have to do is eat!

Important

Please note that there is a 30% cancellation fee for any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the tour date since we have to book many services in advance. Otherwise, there is a 5% transaction fee for bookings that are canceled 24 hours prior to the departure in order to cover for transaction processing costs.

What a terrific experience! Authentic street food in places you would never find by yourself. My guide Sky was fantastic- excellent English, friendly and engaging with a wealth of knowledge about Danang, its food and culture. She was very safety conscious and was calm and confident as we drove around the city on her moped. The food was just so delicious - the avocado ice cream to finish was sublime. Portions are very generous, so make sure you are good and hungry before the tour. Traveling by moped is a great way to see a lot of the city. Highly recommended.

Taking a foodtour is one of the best ways to discover Local Vietnamese kitchen and culture. Expect riding on the back of a motorcycle, in and out of alleyways where you will never come by yourself, eating local dishes at places where you are the only foreigner, amazing flavours, foods and atmosphere. I just loved it! Coco my guide was a Da Nang local and I loved talking with her and learning about Vietnamese culture while discovering new dishes and tastes. There are several foodtours on offer, but this one with Onetrip was absolutely worth the money.
