This is a beautiful (102 meters square) 3-bedroom and 2.5-bathroom apartment with large fully equipped kitchen and a spacious family room. If you're traveling in a group of more than 3 people, this apartment is a ridiculous value. Although we don't provide room service like hotels, our team still refresh the whole apartment on the second day and provide a full clean on your fourth day so it's like living in a high end hotel for a fraction of the price, and feel right at home.

Guest access

Unlike many places in Hanoi and throughout Vietnam, there is no curfew at this apartment. In addition to having 24/7 access to the apartment, you can also use the building's luxurious amenities such as swimming pool, library, gym, and even the restaurants on premise! It's like living at home while having all the hotel conveniences and luxury.

Interaction with guests

We respect the privacy of our guests, but are available if there is anything you need help with or even to just hang out and have a beer or a delicious local snack. Just send us a message if you don’t see us around.

The neighborhood

This apartment is located just steps from Giang Vo lake. Staying here will give you a better sense of what living in Hanoi is like outside of the super touristy area, but still very reaching with a quick cab ride or Uber.

Getting around

We recommend walking around to see the city, with a lot of historical building and monuments within walking distance. Otherwise, a quick cab ride and Uber will do.

Other things to note

Our team provides some of the best food tours and adventures throughout the country via Onetrip while Christina's is also available in Ho Chi Minh CIty, Da Nang, Hoi An, Nha Trang and Dalat. So if you need help planning the trip of a lifetime in Vietnam, just let us know. Just mention that you want a "Magical Trip" and we'll prioritize to make sure you're taken care of.

House rules

"Our #1 RULE is to treat our home as if it were your own - unless your home resembles that of a college frat house, in which case think of your grandma’s home instead

With that being said, the following rules are implemented out of necessity in order to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the property. Any signs of smoking inside our property will result in a USD$250 cleaning fee for restoration of our property and availability loss to get the unit ready for our next guests. Additionally, we reserve our rights to ask guests who break our policies to leave immediately without refund.

MUST REGISTER all over-night visitors. This is actually required by the law but is also a good practice to ensure everyone's safety. You will be held completely responsible for any wrongdoing such as causing damage, being negligent (ie: leaving the gate to our home unlocked), and being disrespectful to those around. Standard extra guest fees will also be applied accordingly.

NO SHOES inside the house. We understand this can be an issue for some people, but that is the Vietnamese custom and we also love to keep our floors clean. Maybe you’ll make a habit of it back home!

A SOCIAL ACCOMMODATION - We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. We believe that our mission aligns perfectly well with Airbnb’s community. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. If you’re looking for 24/7 room service, we strongly suggest that you book your accommodation elsewhere. But if you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere…a home away from home, then by all means book with us

HAVE RESPECT for those around you. All of the rules listed above are simply to encourage our guests to be respectful towards one another and together build a better, more social and responsible community.

CONSEQUENCES for breaking these rules can unfortunately result in the offender(s) being asked to leave, in addition to providing compensation for losses or damages caused. We will have complete discretion on whether to offer a refund for the unused portion of the reservation. So far, we have not asked any guest to leave and we would prefer to keep it that way for as long as we can, so please help us keep the friendly streak going

Other than that, all that is left to say is that we hope you have a wonderful stay and that you will fall in love with this beautiful city just like we did.

Great service and quick responses. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing Stay - 5 STARS!!!!

I typically am not big on writing reviews but I had to on this one. My partner and I arrived in Hanoi late Saturday nigh (around 12am) and immediately upon arrival I received a text message welcoming to the country - yes from our Airbnb Host (nice touch).

We arrived to our apartment around 1:30am to see a friendly face greet us at the door and take us straight up to our room - no hassles whatsoever.

We were told how everything in the apartment works and if we needed anything further.

The next morning we woke up with a nice message asking if we needed anything or did we just want to go and explore the city. Now I have stayed at Airbnb’s often and most of the times those efforts are made but actual suggestions of different places are not often done. I digress.

All I want to instruct the readers of this post is to stay and experience what I did. When I am in Vietnam next I will for sure stay again.

First class service, great location, and great price!
