CHRISTINA'S IS THE #1 RANKED ACCOMMODATION IN VIETNAM.
A simple and cozy studio with everything you need, 5 minutes to Tan Son Nhat International Airport, yet hidden away in an alley for a peaceful night of sleep.
This studio is one of 9 in the apartment building.
A perfect TRANSIT HOUSE near the AIRPORT!
A beautiful private 9-unit villa, located inside a quiet alley just 5-minute from Tan Son Nhat international airport – extremely convenient for transiting to your next destination, yet hidden away just enough for a peaceful night of sleep. Clean, comfortable, and just the right amount of social to be your short home away from home in Saigon.
This home studio is the perfect place to return to after an exhausting day out or to just stay in bed all day and read a book from start to finish. This unit comes equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay - a firm but comfortable queen-sized bed topped with soft Egyptian cotton linens, a fully equipped kitchenette if you would like to cook something nice for yourself, an en-suite bathroom to take a nice shower in after a long day, and of course, a daily dose of sunshine on the spacious balcony.
Don’t worry about lighting as there will be plenty of natural light shining in through your windows to brighten up your stay! Other included amenities are listed below.
Unlike many other places in Vietnam, there is no curfew with us. In addition to having 24/7 access to the house and your suite, you can also use our laundry facilities, rooftop, and the common kitchen on top of your private kitchenette at any time! Just simply make yourself at home ^_^
We respect the privacy of our guests but are available if there is anything you need help with or even to just hang out and have a beer or a delicious local snack. Some of our team members even live on the premises. Come hang out with us in the common area or send us a message if you don’t see us around.
Our house is just across from the huge Gia Dinh Park. Fortunately, we're not in the way of any take-off or landing so it's actually quite peaceful for being so close to the airport. This is not a tourist part of the city so you'll be in for a nice little local experience.
Don’t be overwhelmed by the motorcycles on the road – walk around, cross our streets, get some Banh Mi and go to Gia Dinh Park to enjoy birds singing or have a Ca Phe Sua Da on the sidewalk like a local. You are only walking distance to many local food stalls, and taxis are readily available too for ~15k VND per km. Grab is cheaper option to get around with no hassle if you have internet access. They also offer the bike options (Grab Moto) so you can avoid traffic. WARNING: When you are walking, do keep your belongings safe. Motorbike/bag/phone snatching is a common issue so it's best to take care.
We highly recommend that you take advantage of Onetrip’s donation-based City Tour run by local university students seeking cultural exchange opportunities with foreign travelers. It is a great way to see the city and a big favorite for our guests.
Onetrip is the #1 ranked tour operator offering Evening Food Tour and other experiences, including the Mekong Delta and the Cu Chi Tunnels Adventure. Just send us a message if you need help booking an experience.
Our #1 RULE is to treat our home as if it were your own - unless your home resembles that of a college frat house, in which case think of your grandma’s home instead =) With that being said, the following rules are implemented out of necessity in order to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the property. Any signs of smoking inside our property will result in a USD$250 cleaning fee for restoration of our property and availability loss to get the unit ready for our next guests. Additionally, we reserve our rights to ask guests who break our policies to leave immediately without refund.
MUST REGISTER all over-night visitors. This is actually required by the law but is also a good practice to ensure everyone's safety. You will be held completely responsible for any wrongdoing such as causing damage, being negligent (ie: leaving the gate to our home unlocked), and being disrespectful to those around. Standard extra guest fees will also be applied accordingly.
NO SHOES inside the house. We understand this can be an issue for some people, but that is the Vietnamese custom and we also love to keep our floors clean. Maybe you’ll make a habit of it back home!
A SOCIAL ACCOMMODATION - We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. We believe that our mission aligns perfectly well with Airbnb’s community. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. If you’re looking for 24/7 room service, we strongly suggest that you book your accommodation elsewhere. But if you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere…a home away from home, then by all means book with us.
HAVE RESPECT for those around you. All of the rules listed above are simply to encourage our guests to be respectful towards one another and together build a better, more social and responsible community.
CONSEQUENCES for breaking these rules can unfortunately result in the offender(s) being asked to leave, in addition to providing compensation for losses or damages caused. We will have complete discretion on whether to offer a refund for the unused portion of the reservation. So far, we have not asked any guest to leave and we would prefer to keep it that way for as long as we can, so please help us keep the friendly streak going.
Other than that, all that is left to say is that we hope you have a wonderful stay and that you will fall in love with this beautiful city just like we did.
The host takes great effort to make sure guests have comfortable stays. On my trip in Vietnam I stayed at different places including high end such as Vinhome 81 a brand new appartment complex. But this place stands out. The only thing is location. If the host can bring this business idea to the central districts, it would be awesome. I would come back.
I love this place. It makes me feel like home away from home. I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in my mother land.
