✯ En-suite bathroom to take a nice shower after a long day.

✯ You even have a balcony that overlooks the alleyway and brings in plenty of natural light to brighten up your stay!

Other included amenities are listed below.

Guest access

Unlike many other spaces in Ho Chi Minh City, there is no curfew with us and you have 24/7 access to your studio. In addition to having 24/7 access to the house and your studio, you can also use our laundry facilities on the 5th floor and our lounge area on the ground floor at any time of the day! Lucky for you, another of our Christina’s houses is just two buildings to your left. Here you can use our lounge area at any time of the day! We’d be down for a drink if you wish – it’s a great way to get to know one another and meet others on the same path.

Interaction with guests

We respect the privacy of our guests but are available if there is anything you need help with or even to just hang out and have a beer or a delicious local snack. Just shoot us a message and we will make it happen!

The neighborhood

Our home is tucked away in an alley, away from all the noise of Saigon’s busy streets. Everything you need is only a few steps away – 24hr convenience stores, restaurants, bars, cafes and even parks. We’re also less than a 5-minute walk away from Ben Thanh Market.

With everything located so conveniently close to you, there’s not much else you’d need in a city like this. We’ll gladly recommend places for you to go if you are overwhelmed with your choices!

Getting around

Don’t be overwhelmed by the motorcycles on the road – walk around, cross our streets, get some Banh Mi and go to September 23rd Park or have a Ca Phe Sua Da on the sidewalk like a local. You are only a walking distance away from many restaurants and markets, but taxis are readily available too for ~15k VND per km, but Grab is the cheapest options to get around with no hassle. They also offer the bike options so you can avoid traffic.

Ben Thanh city bus station is just in front of the market if you want to be adventurous and try our local buses to get to another part of the city. If you need any advice on catching one of these, just ask us and we will help you.

PS – when you are walking, do keep your belongings safe. Bag snatching and pickpocketing is a big issue here unfortunately (especially if you are a tourist) and we don’t want your holiday to be ruined.

Other things to note

We highly recommend that you take advantage of Onetrip Donation-based City Tour run by local university students seeking cultural exchange opportunities with foreign travelers. It is a great way to orient yourself within the city and see all the beautiful landmarks of Saigon. Not to mention, it is a favorite among our guests!

We also offer an Evening Food Tour to fill your tummy up with what we think is the best local yum yum. Other options include the Mekong Delta and Cu Chi Tunnels Adventure. If interested, do send us a message and we will save you a seat!

House rules

Our #1 RULE is to treat our home as if it were your own - unless your home resembles that of a college frat house, in which case think of your grandma’s home instead =) With that being said, the following rules are implemented out of necessity in order to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the property. Any signs of smoking inside our property will result in a USD$250 cleaning fee for restoration of our property and availability loss to get the unit ready for our next guests. Additionally, we reserve our rights to ask guests who break our policies to leave immediately without refund.

MUST REGISTER all over-night visitors. This is actually required by the law but is also a good practice to ensure everyone's safety. You will be held completely responsible for any wrongdoing such as causing damage, being negligent (ie: leaving the gate to our home unlocked), and being disrespectful to those around. Standard extra guest fees will also be applied accordingly.

NO SHOES inside the house. We understand this can be an issue for some people, but that is the Vietnamese custom and we also love to keep our floors clean. Maybe you’ll make a habit of it back home!

A SOCIAL ACCOMMODATION - We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. We believe that our mission aligns perfectly well with Airbnb’s community. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. If you’re looking for 24/7 room service, we strongly suggest that you book your accommodation elsewhere. But if you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere…a home away from home, then by all means book with us.

HAVE RESPECT for those around you. All of the rules listed above are simply to encourage our guests to be respectful towards one another and together build a better, more social and responsible community.

CONSEQUENCES for breaking these rules can unfortunately result in the offender(s) being asked to leave, in addition to providing compensation for losses or damages caused. We will have complete discretion on whether to offer a refund for the unused portion of the reservation. So far, we have not asked any guest to leave and we would prefer to keep it that way for as long as we can, so please help us keep the friendly streak going.

Other than that, all that is left to say is that we hope you have a wonderful stay and that you will fall in love with this beautiful city just like we did.

Check In

Very good location, really fast a responsive communication and check-in, very nice flat.

Christina's places are the best. I stayed in 15 different places while I was in Vietnam. Two were Christina's, and they were both the best. The space was very nice and stylish. It was huge. I had a kitchen, dining area and bedroom with a great balcony that looked out over a fun and active road that was entertaining to watch over but that also got nice and quiet at night. Walking from this location was easy with many good restaurants and sites nearby. I would stay here again!

This is a great place to stay, in the centre of HCM City, and highly recommended. The flat is in a narrow street and has a balcony overlooking daily street life, away from the modern high-rises of HCM. Plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood, and most major sites are within walking distance. The owners are very welcoming and helpful, they even came and greeted us when we had to leave at 4:00 in the morning to go to the airport. We couldn't think of a better place to stay in HCM
