House rules

Our #1 RULE is to treat our place as if it were yours - unless your place is a college frat house, in which case please treat it like your grandma’s house instead. We hate setting rules but the following are really necessary for us to provide everyone with a great stay:

NO SMOKING on premise. We will be forced to charge a USD250 cleaning fee for any violations and the offender may be asked to leave our property without a refund‐‐it’s really not fair for our guests who paid for a non-smoking experience to have to deal with smoke.

MUST REGISTER all over-night visitors as required by local laws. Also, for the fellows, we are definitely not a "girl-friendly" hotel so please choose somewhere else if that's what you're looking for.

SHOES OFF inside the house. It’s a given in Vietnam but we understand that this can be an issue for some people so we just want to make sure you are aware prior to making a booking.

This is not so bad right?

Check In

Christina'S’s place is one of those gems that just makes a vacation so easy and worry free.

Location is great, just a short walk away from anywhere in the old quarter.

The whole place was sparkling clean, and had everything you might need for your stay.

Christina'S’s staff was super attentive and willing to help with travel plans, arranging taxis, and offered many tips and tricks to getting the most out of your stay.

I don't think there's anywhere else I'd consider staying when I return to Hanoi.

Thanks again Christina'S’s place, wonderful job.

This place is a gem. The hospitality we received was honestly heart warming. The team is efficient and warm at the same time. The check in was smooth and the team is lightening quick on responses. Linh sent us some amazing recos as well. The spot is well connected and very stylish. We stayed in 2 different rooms at this location and both were impeccable. The bnb is an old converted house on top of a lively dimsum shop! (we found that quite quirky n charming!) just for people with heavy luggage note that there isn't an elevator (we were travelling light and so, wasn't a bother). Overall one of the best maintained bnb listings I've been to. Will hope to visit again:)

You will be right in the middle of it all but still have the hideaway to escape the bustle with a lovely space overlooking the streets.
