House rules

Our #1 RULE is to treat our place as if it were yours - unless your place is a college frat house, in which case please treat it like your grandma’s house instead. We hate setting rules but the following are really necessary for us to provide everyone with a great stay:

NO SMOKING on premise. We will be forced to charge a USD250 cleaning fee for any violations and the offender may be asked to leave our property without a refund‐‐it’s really not fair for our guests who paid for a non-smoking experience to have to deal with smoke.

MUST REGISTER all over-night visitors as required by local laws. Also, for the fellows, we are definitely not a "girl-friendly" hotel so please choose somewhere else if that's what you're looking for.

SHOES OFF inside the house. It’s a given in Vietnam but we understand that this can be an issue for some people so we just want to make sure you are aware prior to making a booking.

This is not so bad right?

The hosts are extraordinary and helpful with orientation in the city and suggestions where to eat and what to visit. The building has communal spaces to meet and share with other guests, all the while having your own private rooms.

This was my 2nd time staying at Christina’s. Everything about it is great. Can’t say enough good things about the space and the staff!

We loved the one bedroom apartment we rented for over a week. It was spacious and very cleaned. It’s right next to train, but you can’t really hear it. You’ll hear more of the loud clubbing music. However, that didn’t seem to bother us. All the staffed were helpful and were always attentive to our messages. The place is at a great location, and plenty of food around as soon as you walk outside. The only part of the stay that sort of took us by surprise was when the staff promptly knock on everyone that’s checking out doors at 12 noon. They were so welcome at check in, but check out it felt as if they were rushing you out. They stood by the door waiting as we were gather the last of our stuff, and it was very awkward for us. It felt as if they were kicking us out! If you wanted to stay for an extra hour you’ll have to pay $$. I think in generally most places in Asia are lacking the hospitality aspect. Other than that, we had pleasant experience!
