We treasure the nature and greens so the whole house is designed with open common spaces, big windows that allow natural lights to come in and plants on all the levels of the house. We have a big kitchen and dining area to enjoy home-made meals together, great for a family dinner or friends gathering. Plus green rooftop if you want to hang around with the view on the local neighborhood

Look no further, there would be no better deal for a house of this size right 5mins away from the center of the city. Plus, it's a great experience to have as it's pretty much how Saigonese have been living. And lastly, you'll have the full support from Team Christina's to ensure that you'll have the best experience with your group, which can be a hassle to plan. In other words, we've got you covered!

Guest access

Unlike many other places in Vietnam, there is no curfew with us. In addition to having 24/7 access to the house and your apartment, you can also use our laundry facilities at any time! Just simply make yourself at home.

Interaction with guests

We respect the privacy of our guests but are available if there is anything you need help with or even to just hang out and have a beer or a delicious local snack. Just message us if you don't see us around ^^

The neighborhood

Our home is tucked away in a quiet and peaceful alley. Everything you need is a few steps away – 24hr convenience stores, restaurants, bars, cafes and even parks. We’re also less than a 10 minutes drive from the city center. This is not a tourist part of the city so you'll be in for a nice little local experience. It's well-known for the authentic Vietnamese Steamed Rice Rolls in this area as well as morning exercise area at Le Van Tam Park ;)

Getting around

Don’t be overwhelmed by the motorcycles on the road – walk around, cross our streets, get some Banh Mi in front of the alley and go to Le Van Tam Park or have a Ca Phe Sua Da on the sidewalk like a local. You are only a walking distance away from restaurants, coffee shops, and many attractions, but taxis are readily available too for ~15k VND per km, but Grab is the cheapest options to get around with no hassle. They also offer the bike options so you can avoid traffic.

Other things to note

We highly recommend that you take advantage of Onetrip’s donation-based City Tour run by local university students seeking cultural exchange opportunities with foreign travelers. It is a great way to orient yourself within the city and see all the beautiful landmarks of Saigon. Not to mention, it is a favorite among our guests! We also offer an Evening Food Tour to fill your tummy up with what we think are the best local yumyums. Other options include the Mekong Delta and Cu Chi Tunnels Adventure. If interested, do send us a message and we will save you a seat!

Our team provides some of the best food tours and adventures throughout the country via Onetrip while Christina's is also available in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hoi An, Nha Trang, Da Lat and Hanoi. So if you need help planning the trip of a lifetime in Vietnam, just let us know. Just mention that you want a "Magical Trip" and we'll prioritize to make sure you're taken care of.

House rules

Our #1 RULE is to treat our home as if it were your own - unless your home resembles that of a college frat house, in which case think of your grandma’s home instead =) With that being said, the following rules are implemented out of necessity in order to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the property. Any signs of smoking inside our property will result in a USD$250 cleaning fee for restoration of our property and availability loss to get the unit ready for our next guests. Additionally, we reserve our rights to ask guests who break our policies to leave immediately without refund.

MUST REGISTER all over-night visitors. This is actually required by the law but is also a good practice to ensure everyone's safety. You will be held completely responsible for any wrongdoing such as causing damage, being negligent (ie: leaving the gate to our home unlocked), and being disrespectful to those around. Standard extra guest fees will also be applied accordingly.

NO SHOES inside the house. We understand this can be an issue for some people, but that is the Vietnamese custom and we also love to keep our floors clean. Maybe you’ll make a habit of it back home!

A SOCIAL ACCOMMODATION - We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. We believe that our mission aligns perfectly well with Airbnb’s community. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. If you’re looking for 24/7 room service, we strongly suggest that you book your accommodation elsewhere. But if you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere…a home away from home, then by all means book with us.

HAVE RESPECT for those around you. All of the rules listed above are simply to encourage our guests to be respectful towards one another and together build a better, more social and responsible community.

CONSEQUENCES for breaking these rules can unfortunately result in the offender(s) being asked to leave, in addition to providing compensation for losses or damages caused. We will have complete discretion on whether to offer a refund for the unused portion of the reservation. So far, we have not asked any guest to leave and we would prefer to keep it that way for as long as we can, so please help us keep the friendly streak going.

Other than that, all that is left to say is that we hope you have a wonderful stay and that you will fall in love with this beautiful city just like we did.
