Other amenities are listed below.

Guest access

Unlike many other spaces in Ho Chi Minh City, there is no curfew with us and you have 24/7 access to your private suite.

Interaction with guests

We respect the privacy of our guests, but are available if there is anything you need help with or even to just hang out and have a beer or a delicious local snack. Just shoot us a message and we will make it happen!

The neighborhood

Our home is located in a quiet alley on Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street. Everything you need is only a few steps away – 24hr convenience stores, restaurants, bars, cafes... We’re also just 5-minute walk from Ben Thanh Market. With everything located so conveniently close to you, there’s not much else you would need in a city like this. We are definitely happy to recommend places for you to go if you are overwhelmed with your choices!

Getting around

Don’t be overwhelmed by the motorcycles on the road – walk around, cross our streets, get some Banh Mi, or go have a Ca Phe Sua Da on the sidewalk like a local. You are only a walking distance away from many restaurants and markets, but taxis are readily available too for ~15k VND per km, but Grab is the cheapest options to get around with no hassle. They also offer the bike options so you can avoid traffic. Ben Thanh city Bus Station is on Ham Nghi street, which is right next to the market if you want to be adventurous and try our local buses to get to another part of the city. If you need any advice on catching one of these, just ask us and we will help you.

P/S: When you are walking, do keep your belongings safe. Bag snatching and pickpocketing is a big issue here unfortunately (especially if you are a tourist) and we don’t want your holiday to be ruined.

Other things to note

We highly recommend that you take advantage of Onetrip’s donation-based City Tour run by local university students seeking cultural exchange opportunities with foreign travelers. It is a great way to orient yourself within the city and see all the beautiful landmarks of Saigon. Not to mention, it is a favorite among our guests! There's also the Evening Food Tour to fill your tummy up with what we think are the best local yumyums. Other options include the Mekong Delta and Cu Chi Tunnels Adventure. If interested, do send us a message and we will save you a seat!

Our team provides some of the best food tours and adventures throughout the country via Onetrip while Christina's is also available in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hoi An, Nha Trang, Da Lat and Hanoi. So if you need help planning the trip of a lifetime in Vietnam, just let us know. Just mention that you want a "Magical Trip" and we'll prioritize to make sure you're taken care of.

House rules

Our #1 RULE is to treat our home as if it were your own - unless your home resembles that of a college frat house, in which case think of your grandma’s home instead =) With that being said, the following rules are implemented out of necessity in order to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the property. Any signs of smoking inside our property will result in a USD$250 cleaning fee for restoration of our property and availability loss to get the unit ready for our next guests. Additionally, we reserve our rights to ask guests who break our policies to leave immediately without refund.

MUST REGISTER all over-night visitors. This is actually required by the law but is also a good practice to ensure everyone's safety. You will be held completely responsible for any wrongdoing such as causing damage, being negligent (ie: leaving the gate to our home unlocked), and being disrespectful to those around. Standard extra guest fees will also be applied accordingly.

NO SHOES inside the house. We understand this can be an issue for some people, but that is the Vietnamese custom and we also love to keep our floors clean. Maybe you’ll make a habit of it back home!

A SOCIAL ACCOMMODATION - We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. We believe that our mission aligns perfectly well with Airbnb’s community. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. If you’re looking for 24/7 room service, we strongly suggest that you book your accommodation elsewhere. But if you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere…a home away from home, then by all means book with us.

HAVE RESPECT for those around you. All of the rules listed above are simply to encourage our guests to be respectful towards one another and together build a better, more social and responsible community.

CONSEQUENCES for breaking these rules can unfortunately result in the offender(s) being asked to leave, in addition to providing compensation for losses or damages caused. We will have complete discretion on whether to offer a refund for the unused portion of the reservation. So far, we have not asked any guest to leave and we would prefer to keep it that way for as long as we can, so please help us keep the friendly streak going.

Other than that, all that is left to say is that we hope you have a wonderful stay and that you will fall in love with this beautiful city just like we did.

Great family located on Q1, safe and free of noise. Room was cleaned and spacious (5th Floor). Close to the main attractions by walking distance. For those who like shopping there are many shopping places nearby. The Christina's Team is very responsive and communicate well during facilities issues. They offered transportation from the airport to the facility and vice versa (15 USD) a very convenient way. Friendly driver in a great van, he liked to practiced and improve his English. The only note is the lack of a lift at the family. The in-house staff was able to help to carry on the luggage. I know that the lift issue is common in many properties at different cities due to the age of the building. Great rental in a good location.!!!!

Thu Van’s place was great! Amazing location, super clean, and he has some really helpful people working for him that help ya out.

After staying here, i know why Christina confidently claims themselves as no1 airbnb in VN. Their team worked really hard to keep my stay pleasant. They really did go above and beyond, thank you very much. Re the apartment, good location, in a hidden alley which I absolutely love, walking distance to everything: banks, restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores.., very clean and nice decor building is a big plus as well. Overall i had a pleasant stay. Thank you again for your wonderful services
