From $55 per night

THIS COULD BE YOUR BEST TRAVELING EXPERIENCE EVER! =)

A beautifully designed studio with everything you need, centrally located but hidden away just enough for a peaceful night of sleep away from the heavy city noise. Great for travelers looking for quality comfort and a more local experience, NOT great for those looking for a cheap in-and-out hotel stay.

This beautifully designed studio is the very first Christina's listing on Airbnb and remains EXCLUSIVELY available to our Airbnb guests. Located on the mezzanine level of the house, the studio apartment measures approximately 35 square meters and comes equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay - a firm but comfortable queen-sized bed topped with soft Egyptian cotton linens, a couch that makes for a perfect reading spot, a kitchenette to prepare your morning pancakes, and of course, an en-suite bathroom to take a nice shower in after a long day. Don’t worry about lighting as there will be plenty of natural light shining in through your windows to brighten up your stay! Other included amenities are listed below.

Guest access

Unlike many other spaces in Ho Chi Minh City, there is no curfew with us. In addition to having 24/7 access to the house and your studio, you can also use our laundry facilities, rooftop, common area/reading room, office/bar/lounge and the open shared kitchen (on top of your own private kitchenette) at any time of the day! We can even plan a dinner together or have a drink upstairs on the rooftop if you like – it’s a great way to get to know each other and meet other guests. Just make yourself at home =)

Interaction with guests

We respect the privacy of our guests, but are available if there is anything you need help with or even to just hang out and have a beer or a delicious local snack. Some of our team members even live in the premises. Come hang out with us in the common area or send us a message if you don’t see us around.

Getting around

Don’t be overwhelmed by the motorcycles on the road – walk around, cross our streets, get some Banh Mi and go to September 23 Park or have a Ca Phe Sua Da on the sidewalk like a local. You are only a walking distance away from many restaurants and markets, but taxis are readily available too for ~15k VND per km, but Uber/Grab are the cheapest options to get around with no hassle. They also offer the bike options so you can avoid traffic.

Ben Thanh city bus station is just in front of the market if you want to be adventurous and try our local buses to get to another part of the city. If you need any advice on catching one of these, just ask us and we will help you.

PS – when you are walking, do keep your belongings safe. Bag snatching and pickpocketing is a big issue here unfortunately (especially if you are a tourist) and we don’t want your holiday to be ruined.

Other things to note

We highly recommend that you take advantage of Onetrip’s donation-based City Tour run by local university students seeking cultural exchange opportunities with foreign travelers. It is a great way to orient yourself within the city and see all the beautiful landmarks of Saigon. Not to mention, it is a favorite among our guests!

We also offer an Evening Food Tour to fill your tummy up with what we think are the best local yumyums. Other options include the Mekong Delta and Cu Chi Tunnels Adventure. If interested, do send us a message and we will save you a seat!

House rules

Our #1 RULE is to treat our home as if it were your own - unless your home resembles that of a college frat house, in which case think of your grandma’s home instead =P

With that being said, the following rules are implemented out of necessity in order to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.

NO SMOKING inside the house. We have designated outdoor areas for this. Anyone caught smoking inside the property will be charged USD250 as damage fee and simply be asked to leave without any refund.

MUST REGISTER all over-night visitors. This is actually required by the law but is also a good practice to ensure everyone's safety. You will be held completely responsible for any wrongdoing by your guests, including property damages and thefts.

NO SHOES inside the house. We understand this can be an issue for some people, but we're trying to keep the place clean for everyone so we cannot make exceptions since it will not be fair to the other guests.

A SOCIAL ACCOMMODATION - We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. We believe that our mission aligns perfectly well with Airbnb’s community. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. If you’re looking for 24/7 room service, we strongly suggest that you book your accommodation elsewhere. But if you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere…a home away from home, then by all means book with us =)

HAVE RESPECT for those around you. All of the rules listed above are simply to encourage our guests to be respectful towards one another and together build a better, more social and responsible community.

CONSEQUENCES for breaking these rules can unfortunately result in the offender(s) being asked to leave, in addition to providing compensation for losses or damages caused. We will have complete discretion on whether to offer a refund for the unused portion of the reservation. So far, we have not asked any guest to leave and we would prefer to keep it that way for as long as we can, so please help us keep the friendly streak going :)

Other than that, all that is left to say is that we hope you have a wonderful stay and that you will fall in love with this beautiful city just like we did.

Christina's is always our best choice in Vietnam. The room is clean and the staff are very very nice! The location is also good!

If you are looking for a high-quality place to stay while also mingling with locals and other travelers, then you should definitely stay at Christina's! This is my second time staying at Christina's in Saigon and I can confidently say that my experience has surpassed many other stays I've had in other places! Their rooms are super clean, modern, well-designed, and abundantly-stocked with all of the amenities you will need (including wi-fi, water, towels, etc.). Their sheets and towels (and even the chocolates they leave you) are of high quality and comfort. The listing location was very convenient and well-situated near restaurants & shops that I frequented during my trip. Above all, the whole concept of social accommodation was interesting and fun for me! I loved that I had my own room, but got to interact with other guests and the Christina's staff. The Christina's team was very hospitable, professional, friendly, and generous in how they interacted with me. They gave me a big welcome, shared insider tips with me on touring Saigon, and checked on me during my stay to make sure I was doing well. They were amazing hosts and now, my amazing friends. When I go back to Saigon, or anywhere in Vietnam for that matter, I will look for Christina's to stay in!

Hello,

I just wanted to say that I can't imagine having a better stay. They took care of us from start to finish. The hosts are scarily nice and attentive. If you enjoy clean happy settings with fascinating staff/hosts who respect your boundaries you are in luck.

If you don't well then you are strange.

My only regret is that we did not meet more of their team earlier. Their coffee Genius made us the perfect cup and explained how to make Vietnamese style coffee and how to enjoy Robusta ( aeropress or slow drip are ideal).

They Reccomended a ton of great locations, museums, restaurants ( not just Bahn Mi or Pho but also locally sourced pizza ) and great tours of the Mekong .

They arranged cabs for us to the airport and when we ran out of Vietnamese Dong they lent us money we could repay on the app. Seriously wow.

The hotel is located two blocks off a main road in district one. If you arrive late ( Say 2 am because you are a silly tourist who books trips late) Someone will talk to any cab driver and direct them. You will have trouble finding your way the first time you walk out on your own but probably never their after. If you need anything, just ask. If their are two of you make sure to ask for an extra key fob .

We look forward to staying with this team wherever they travel to. I can't wait to see all the new cities you will expand to.

~

Deeply touched by our hosts kindness,

Nathan
