Getting around

We recommend you to download GRAB to your smartphone. It is the most popular transportation app in Vietnam, which only requires a local phone number (if you use your number, it should be on roaming mode) and accepts payment with VISA/Master. The rate is really affordable, drivers are friendly and most importantly, it is secured & no bargain needed.

There's a free parking for bikes at 1st floor and paid parking for cars in front of the building.

Other things to note

If you arrive before check-in time and the place is in use, there are many coffee shops around to take a rest. Or you could try the luggage service to hang around handfree (plz check our Guideline for more details).

We are flexible, so just feel free to request different check-in and check-out time if you want. NO ADDITIONAL COSTS if the apt is available.

For security reasons, the floor entrance gate is closed after 11:30 pm so please kindly use the gate key if you come back late, and double check the lock if you go out at midnight.

STAY ECO WITH US! We have grown some plants inside & outside, we appreciate if you can help to water them once per day.

For food delivery at your door, NOW.VN should be also installed. Sometimes traveling just to grab a bread or a cup of coffee is not a good idea, especially when you are exhausted or have no mates with you, believe me you'll love this app.

I have to be honest about our review and I feel bad as this is Vi’s business. When we chose this place, we chose it based on reviews and on pictures. Upon arriving, we were kind of bothered with the fact that the location is inside of what amounts to a tenement building.

It’s clear that the unit was purchased for cheap and then flipped and staged for Airbnb. We have traveled all over and have tons of good reviews. We have never checked into a place like this! It would have been nice to know what surrounded us.

Upon arriving, we found out we had no internet. The renter let’s her neighbors use the internet too so there was about 8 people using the system and we were unable to access the internet the entire trip. While this may seem stupid, we’re in a country where we don’t speak the language and getting online is important to get anything done.

We brought it up and our host let us know that we should have asked for good internet. I didn’t know I had to request internet good enough to even get online.... I’ve been in war torn Afghanistan as a soldier and had better WiFi service. I’ve slept in tents and filth for 9 months. I can handle a crappy environment.

The best part was that on the new year, it poured all day and we were stuck in the apartment with no internet. Obviously we can’t watch tv because it is in another language.

To make matters worse, when you remove the key from the property the power to the fridge/freezer shuts off. This effectively ruined our leftover food and ice cream that we had so on new year, with no restaurants open in the city... we had no food

Again, I understand a lot of circumstances happened to make this all around horrible, but not even an offer for a refund from the host shows me she clearly doesn’t care. Take that into account if you stay here....... at your own risk

I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Been looking for a place to stay for the New year’s eve and I found this amazing place. Great host with fast response even tho is the last day of the year! The room is neat and cozy.

Great experience!

Excellent host and location. Quiet but close to the scene if you want to partake in the late night. Really nice bakery and coffee right across the street to get the day started right.
