The house is fully equipped for a small family. There are hot water supplier, 2 aircons, an induction hop, an owen, cooking pots and pans, dishes and glasses.... Interior was all handmade or self-designed. The house is also decorated with paintings, charming Vietnamese pottery and books. The balcony over look spectacular views of the famous Cua Bac church, hundred year old trees and French colonial buildings with the symbolic yellow walls and red roofs. The pavement outside of our home is another beauty with three rows of tall old trees creating a beautiful, leafy scene. That's why it became a famous photo shoot spot for most Hanoi ladies.

The house is next door to a beautiful architecture: the Cua Bac church and is opposite to another symbol of Hanoi: the Thang Long emperor citadel. It also has many cafes right outside where you can easily get a morning coffee/breakfast and listen to the birds singing. It's about 5mins walk to the old quarter and close to many types of restaurants/street food place. Convenient store is within walking distance.

The neighborhood

The house is next door to a beautiful architecture: the Cua Bac church and is opposite to another symbol of Hanoi: the Thang Long emperor citadel. It also has many cafes right outside where you can easily get a morning coffee/breakfast and listen to the birds singing. It's about 5mins walk to the old quarter and close to many types of restaurants/street food place. Convenient store is within walking distance.

One of the neighbours is a guy who specialized in selling/renting motorbikes to tourists so I guest it will be an advantage for guests who want to try riding motorbike or do road trips. He also has a nice sport bike for rent at very low price. Other neighbors are very quiet and nice.

Getting around

It's easy to walk to the old quarter and many touristic signs. Taxis or grabs are easy to call too. One of the neighbours is a guy who specialized in selling/renting motorbikes to tourists so I guest it will be an advantage for guests who want to try riding motorbike or do road trips. He also has a nice sport bike for rent at very low price.

Other things to note

The gate of the lane is locked at midnight so it's extra safe to stay in our house but if you go home/or check in late at night you will have to unlock it (key will be given to you at check in time)

The bathroom of the house is a bit low in height. If you are over 190cm tall, please consider before booking, because when you shower, you will have to bend your head.

Electricity to use aircons is very expensive. So please kindly turn off the aircons (and the lights) when you go out.

We have a lot of plants and flowers on the balcony. So when you stay in our home, we count on you to look after the plants. Please kindly water them once a day.

Thank you so much for your kindness

We enjoyed it a lot! Perfect for a couple! You have your privacy and its very quiet, we slept so good :) Its near to a cosy street where you can have ice coffee and breakfast. Ngan Hoas arranged to pick us up from the airport en responded very quickly. It was very clean!

Hanoi is an incredible city and this Airbnb was such a great place to call home for a few days! Ngan is very quick to respond to any questions I had and arranged airport pickup/recommendations on transportation to our next destination. The space itself was comfortable, clean, and stylish. I would recommend this to any fellow traveler and would happily stay here again on a future stay in Hanoi.
