Interaction with guests

I always love to meet and check in for my guests whenever I'm available in the city. Sometimes I will have to ask my friend to help me to do so. In case I'm not available in person, there's a Self Check in system which I believe you can easily understand and help yourself get in the room.

But in any case, I will always be available on the phone or message to assist you at anytime.

My experience staying at The Nook was very memorable and surpassed my high expectations. I have been to Hanoi a few times before over the years and have found that staying outside of the Old Quarter is a much more enriching experience; more real and local, and more relaxing. I would recommend it even to first-time visitor. And the Nook is in a great location, in a French style villa tucked away down a quiet street. It’s nice to walk around as it’s a block from Hanoi’s most beautiful street, Phan Đình Phùng, where you’ll see locals taking photographs in the morning and at sundown. Plus it’s right near West Lake and the Hồ Chí Minh Mausoleum. There’s some good food places nearby as well. The Old Quarter is walking distance too, or just get a Grab bike. The Nook is also very clean, comfy, stylish and safe. There’s a little alleyway you walk down to get to the apartment and a gate that is locked at night which is great if you have a rental motorbike. Hien was very quick and super helpful in her responses when I had some questions to ask. Unlocking the gate after coming back late at night was no problem and all after a simple explanation. The key was provided. The checkin was straightforward and easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Nook again on my next visit to Hanoi. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

We loved our stay at the Nook! Clean, stylish, and located in a beautiful cozy alley. The neighborhood felt very safe and just a short walk from Old Quarter, West Lake, the Botanical Gardens, and so much more. There were many great spots to eat, shop, and relax. Our host shared many suggestions and even had snacks for us to have when we arrived late at night. She is so kind and sweet! Also, the apartment is very clean with all the amenities you could need for cooking, showering, etc. Its also filled with cool books and a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view.

This place was amazing, clean and super cute! Highly recommend staying here. The only thing that I see being an issue is walking up 6 flights of steps with heavy luggage. Other than that, this Airbnb definitely made my stay in Hanoi even better.
