Other things to note

There are two keys there, one for the door and the other for the gate - the very first green metal gate you've got through before coming to our apartment. As the gate is often locked every day at about 10:00 pm for security reasons, so you'd better take the keys along if you are returning later than the curfew. Open the gate then close and lock it back up again by yourselves. Do not forget to push the keys away in the lock-box upon your checking out for leaving. Please kindly bear in mind that when you take the keys long, keep them carefully or once they are lost, you'll might as well pay US $5 for not only making new keys and but also you will have to wait outside the gate and expect some delay in bringing backup keys to open the gate and door.

Katie is easily one of my favorite hosts as her place was spacious, right in the midst of things, and she had the most specific set of directions which assured me that I was safe and in good hands under her guidance. She was prompt to respond when there was an issue with the wifi (which I did not expect for her to go as above and beyond as she did, but my friends and I were so grateful that she did). Excellent host and excellent stay!

A very nice stay in Hanoi. This location is a quick walk away from the lake and bustling Old Quarter. We enjoyed our time here.

Great host and place, would stay at again!
