I had a beautiful month of living locally at this homestay. I would return when wanting to stay in the area. Twice a week, the room was cleaned. And the clothes washer worked fine and clothes dried within a day or so despite wet weather.

Hue is a great food city, starting with the homestay breakfasts. Between those and other meals, I think I gained 3 kilograms in Hue while I was expecting to lose a couple.

Location wise, I was able to walk into town comfortably and nearby cafes. When not feeling like walking, there was Grab, corner motorcycle drivers, rental motorcycles, and called taxis available.

While not a late-night place, I would occasionally come back shortly after 10 PM without difficulty getting in. And, it's a relatively quiet place for sleeping.

For a Vietnam home, it's on the clean side though you might encounter fruit flies in the kitchen.

Anytime there was a situation or help required, the hosts resolved quickly.

This is a wonderful retired couple who want to share and make your stay a GREAT one. You are staying in their house and you will be on the upper levels. My room was airy with 2 large windows and a walkon balcony. There

is a refrig. in the common area. I chose the fan instead of the aircon. Big C is a block away and there is a busy fresh produce/meat market on the corner. You will see few tourists in this area. Can can have a motorbike delievered if needed. The breakfast meals were GREATLY to my liking. Remember that this is someone's home and so you will see how a Vietnamese family operates. Oh and the wifi was fast enough to watch youtube during the nites. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience!!!

Amazing hospitality and caring hosts. They provided a filling delicious breakfast for me and were extremely gracious when I stayed out a bit late and woke them up.
