House rules

- Our homestay is not very suitable for party monsters and drunkies. Please consider before you choose to stay at our place. Small get-together is allowed but don't make it too big and out-of-control. Our house is located in a peaceful and hospitable neighborhood. You can come back late around 10pm-11pm, but it would be nice if you turn off the motorbike machine at the gate and keep your voice down.

Loongboong's place is wonderful, a unique little oasis set over the river with a gorgeous lush garden. The decor is relaxing and you feel at one with nature. Mia greeted us and was close by if we needed anything. The property is very secure and about a 15 minute walk to the old quarter of Hoi An. A great place to stay!

This place was amazing if you want to stay at an authentic Vietnamese traditional house. It sits nestled in the back of a home, detached on it's own. The host were very nice and welcoming. They provided clear instruction with checking in and walked me through how to get in/out and how to use everything. The home sits on the river so you have a gorgeous view of the water and get tons of natural lighting from all the windows. It's beautifully decorated and I felt like I had a nice experience than just the typical hotel. They provided me with a place to park my scooter inside the property and plenty of drinking water. Just be aware that there are roosters and ducks nearby if you're a light sleeper. I would love to come back in a flash at stay at this great find in Hoi An!

If you would like a feeling to stay at village, may come to stay here. Friendly owner assist to call grab when is hard to call grab.
