Mr Tho Garden Villas are a quiet, secluded set of 6 villas rooms in a garden setting. The villas are located 2 kms from Cua Dai beach and 2.5 kms to the ancient town. Our garden villas face out to our gardens with a swimming pool surrounded by Native Vietnamese flowers. The villas face to the east south so the afternoons are cool with a light breeze and the mornings are not too hot.

Because the villas are set in the countryside we have many birds visiting in the morning and the evenings.

Beautiful garden and pool. Chi and her family are a real treat. We felt welcomed immediately, and when asking for recommendations, they were very forthcoming. Breakfast was great. Location is about equidistant to beach and old-town, so convenient to both.

Hoi An at night really is a treat (despite all the tourists).

Mr Tho Garden Villa was a perfect place to stay in Hoi An. It was very clean, good A/C and wifi. Breakfast, relaxing by outdoor pool and bicycles to borrow were great amenities.

Can I give this 10 stars? There are so many housing options in Hoi An. I booked Chi's place based on the reviews and was not at all disappointed. It is absolutely stunning. The breakfast is amazing (cooked to order daily) and the fridge is stocked with drinks (small surcharge) which was much appreciated after a long flight. Chi was always checking to make sure here guests were doing ok and let us know everyday when she was going home for the day to make sure there wasn't anything else we needed. Also a very clean pool (which can be difficult to find in S.E. Asia)

Few tips: Get money changed immediately or download grab app for taxis.. Although it is biking distance into Ancient Town, you have to go over a very busy bridge and I would not recommend biking around in the dark. The pedal bikes are fun for short ride but it is incredibly hot and very easy to get lost.

The shower... is either scalding hot or freezing cold. This was frustrating... after long sticky dirty days I really wanted a nice shower. I don't think all of the rooms are like this, but that's a deal breaker for you just be aware.

Do take the airport transfer as it is a very reasonable price.
